Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres, private credit and special opportunities.**Job Description****Job Responsibility:*** To lead on exploring, evaluate and conduct trial on new technologies* Work with corporate team and suppliers on new initiatives and innovation projects* Work with government agencies on any funding to implement new technologies and trials* To evaluate the performance and recommendation to scale up when proven to be effective and meet our sustainability and operation excellence objectives* To manage project executions* To lead on the evaluation of new products and upgrading of building equipment to improve Operations productivity and Building efficiencies* To work on the certification and re-certification of existing buildings to achieve ISO and Green mark or related certification* To evaluate term contracts specifications and harmonise the specifications across multiple assets classes to obtain optimal cost and work efficiencies towards an outcome base contract* Fine tune of operation manuals and upkeep guidebooks after approvals* Support Doc controller in Document controls and compliance related areas* Provide training to the Operations team* Any other new tasks assigned**Job Requirements*** Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Real Estate Management)* Minimum 3 years of working experience on ACMV system, building management system, knowledge of green buildings requirement and Property Management is a plus* Experience in Energy Management and Audits (ISO systems) will be an added advantage* Fluent in spoken and written communication skills.* Ability to multi-task* Ability to deal with corporate stakeholders for reporting and project works* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.**Benefits*** Comprehensive medical coverage* Training and development opportunities* Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences* Strong advocate of staff volunteerism* Wellness programmes**Closing Statement:**At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
