Component Constructor

The Assembler role is a vital position within our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to prepare work for accomplishment
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit
• Verify specifications by measuring completed component
• Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications
• Notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources when necessary

The ideal candidate should have experience in Preventive Maintenance , Troubleshooting , FMEA , Wiring , Housekeeping , GMP , Unloading , Electrical , SPC , Medical Devices , Assembling , Assembly , Manufacturing , Electronics , Mechanical Engineering , and Technical Support . We value professionals with excellent problem-solving skills, able to think critically and independently. Candidates must possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, including design, development, and testing of mechanical systems.
