Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
  • Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
  • Use procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
  • Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision to deliver tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs or more.
  • Ability to follow work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
