What You’ll Do Lead & inspire a team of engineers, set technical direction, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Develop solutions that bring AI to life, from intelligent data pipelines to user-friendly applications. What We’re Looking For 7–10 years’ experience in backend or cloud software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Python. Proven track record in leading teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications. Solid experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern software architecture. Exposure to AI/LLM applications, from design to production deployment. Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks. A strong problem-solver who balances big-picture vision with technical detail. Excellent communicator who can explain complex tech to both technical and business audiences.
