Responsibilities Establish, oversee, and optimize production schedules to meet customer requirements while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime. Supervise, coach, and inspire a diverse production team, promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ensure all output complies with stringent precision engineering standards and customer specifications through thorough quality checks and ongoing monitoring. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, apply lean manufacturing principles, and adopt Six Sigma or similar methodologies to boost productivity and reduce waste. Oversee production budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost‑efficient strategies while maintaining product quality and delivery commitments. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to support smooth production flow and timely product delivery.> Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of production management experience within the Precision Engineering industry. Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM tools, and modern manufacturing technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms and production planning systems.
