Job Responsibilities Maximize revenue opportunities through effective rate negotiation and proactive securities lending and borrowing strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with counterparties, including institutional borrowers and lenders. Monitor market trends and developments to provide timely insights and commentaries to internal stakeholders. Estimate and track revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Manage the onboarding process for new counterparties, ensuring compliance and operational readiness. Oversee the functionality and performance of the SBL system, working closely with technology teams to support enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams across trading, sales, operations, compliance, and risk to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Support regional expansion initiatives and contribute to the integration of Securities Financing within the broader Prime ecosystem. Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in securities lending and borrowing, prime brokerage, or securities financing within a financial institution Strong understanding of securities lending and borrowing markets and rate negotiation Familiarity with SBL systems and trading platforms; experience with system enhancements or implementation Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, counterparties, and internal teams (trading, sales, operations, risk, and compliance) Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset We regret that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
