Working Location: Central, Singapore Working Hours: 5-day work week Monthly Salary: Up to S$9,000Job Purpose: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and capable Project Management Officer (PMO)to support global system implementation projects, primarily within the financial services industry. This position plays a key role in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring project progress, and maintaining alignment between business objectives, vendors, and technical teams. The role is hands‐on, focusing on project execution and cross-regional coordination rather than administrative oversight. Job Responsibilities: Support and coordinate large-scale IT implementation projects across Southeast Asia. Manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues to ensure timely resolution. Facilitate communication between stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other regions. Prepare and maintain project‐related documentation and reports. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Job Requirements: Essential Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or similar project coordination role. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT or financial consulting. Experience in large‐scale or global projects. Business‐level proficiency in both English and Japanese (required for communication with Japanese clients and teams). Strong coordination, analytical, and problem‐solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Experience in banking systems, financial solutions, or IT project implementation. Exposure to project planning, requirement definition, and execution phases.
