Summary: Salary up to $3000Good career progression Central Industry: Lifestyle Cafe / Bar Key Responsibility: Barista: Prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks in line with café standards. Deliver friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems safely and confidently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and the café environment. Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks. Keep up to date with menu offerings and promotions to better engage with customers. Bartender: Oversee daily bar operations and help establish service standards. Prepare bar stations, manage inventory, and coordinate service timing. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment behind the bar. Support cost management and budget control under guidance of senior staff. Ensure drink quality and assist in training new bar team members Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender. Must be willing to work overtime when required.
