Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role We're looking for a Senior Procurement professional to lead the design and implementation of our procurement function — from strategy and policy to tools and vendor management. You'll play a key leadership role , working cross-functionally to establish efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement processes that support the company's continued growth. What You'll Be Doing Set up procurement policies, procedures, and frameworks from scratch Select, implement, and manage a procurement or ERP system Oversee the full procurement lifecycle – from sourcing and evaluation to negotiation and contract management Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking systems Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, and finance to align procurement strategy with business goals Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value across the supply chain What You Bring 5–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within engineering or IFM companies Proven track record of designing and implementing procurement systems and procedures Strong understanding of procurement tools, platforms, and contract frameworks Strategic thinking with strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
