Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Lighting Technician. The Chief Lighting Technician will be responsible for managing and overseeing all lighting aspects of film production, from planning and design to execution. Day-to-day tasks include operating and maintaining lighting equipment, designing and implementing lighting setups, managing electrical wiring for lighting, and ensuring optimal stage lighting during filming. The role also involves coordinating with directors and other production staff to achieve the desired lighting effects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lighting Control, Lighting Design, and Lighting
  • Experience in Electrical Wiring for lighting setups
  • Skills in Stage Lighting
  • Strong technical and operational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in film or stage production is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
