Role Overview The Equipment Manager will lead a team of engineers and specialists to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and productivity through effective maintenance strategies, automation implementation, and lean initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop automation, project, and repair teams. Plan and execute equipment strategies to maximize efficiency and uptime. Oversee project startups, ensuring timely and budget‐compliant delivery. Implement automation and cost‐reduction initiatives. Manage inventory, parts, and tool utilization effectively. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. Monitor tool productivity and apply early detection systems to prevent downtime. Ideal Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience in equipment or automation management. Hands‐on experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement. Knowledge of equipment management systems and automation technologies.
