Lead Engineer / Engineer (Product Management), AI Products We are looking for a Lead Engineer / Engineer (Product Management) to drive AI‐powered digital product development for Singapore’s homeland security. Key Responsibilities Own product lifecycles, ensuring relevance and value to users. Define and execute product vision, strategies, and roadmaps. Discover, analyze, and translate user needs into product features. Conduct market research and user analysis to identify growth opportunities. Align with stakeholders on product goals and requirements. Collaborate with development teams, prioritizing and delivering product backlogs. Manage product development using agile methodologies. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and communicate with key stakeholders. Develop and communicate go‐to‐market strategies for new products or feature releases. Identify, collect, and analyze key metrics to communicate insights into product performance. Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize user experience. Support Head (Product Management) in planning and delivering product roadmaps. Promote a product‐centric culture and best practices through community outreach. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. 0-2 years of experience in product management or a related field. Experience with agile development methodologies in delivering digital products. Familiar with AI‐driven technologies. Achieved success in defining, launching, and scaling products. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Team player comfortable with cross‐functional collaboration. Embraces a user‐centric mindset with a passion to build great products. Benefits & Contract All new hires will be appointed on a two‐year contract in the first instance and assessed for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
