About The Team As a Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing, partnerships, and product teams in driving brand awareness and customer engagement for our digital banking products. This role offers hands‐on experience in crafting impactful marketing content, collaborating across teams, and executing real‐world campaigns in a dynamic financial environment. You'll gain exposure to how marketing strategies are built and executed within the banking industry—from creative ideation to campaign performance tracking. Job Description Support the Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams in crafting clear, engaging, and impactful copy to promote digital banking products across various channels—including social media, newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to conceptualize and develop marketing collaterals, ensuring all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging. Assist in planning and executing digital banking campaigns, working with multiple functional stakeholders to drive effective campaign delivery. Liaise with external partners for campaign proposals, coordination, and to manage end‐to‐end partnership activities. Requirements Graduated or graduating in 2024 and 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, Business, or a related field. Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong attention to tone and clarity. Prior experience in copywriting, content creation, or article/blog writing is an advantage. Proactive, creative, and detail‐oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and a positive, can‐do attitude. Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
