Responsibilities
Functional Support:
. Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
. Analyze and design for new enhancements and/or existing functionalities.
. Data mining and testing to ensure new enhancements and/or existing functionalities to meet business needs.
. Work with project leads, users and developers to improve processes and functionality.
Technical Support:
. Assist with Java application development and troubleshooting after post-implementation.
. Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
. Support client project leads and users with technical issues and work on improving system performance.
Problem Solving:
. Identify and fix technical issues related to Java/Cobol applications and SQL databases after post-implementation
. Help analyze operational problems and suggest improvements.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
. 1 years of experience working with Java and SQL.
. 1 year in BAU
. 1 years of experience in Implementation (SDLC) and Change Request Related.
. 1 years of experience in Operation/BAU Support.
. Experience in technical support or a similar role is a plus.
