Responsibilities Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in a production facility. (Machining line and Chemical finishing section)Monitor workflow and lead the team of technicians ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are met. Assign tasks, provide training and conduct performance evaluations. Maintain production documentation and reports according to WI and SOP. (Form, Checklist, Work order, Job card, OTMS, MES, Measuring instruments, Gauging, Fixture)Enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Maintain 5S and conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. Raise PR to replenish stocks and manage/ follow up item received good/ system update. Any other adhoc task assigned from your superior/ Manager. Oversee and coordinate with maintenance teams ensuring machinery operates smoothly and managing measuring instruments. Maintain and conducting legal Test Analysis Required Job Requirement Degree/ Diploma in Manufacturing industrial engineering, chemical engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Experience in the operation of a chemical plant will be an advantage Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
