They are known for their focus on innovation and excellence in engineering and manufacturing.Job Description Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide timely responses to service requests and operational inquiries. Attend to urgent and emergency situations when required (24/7 support preparedness). Prepare and present monthly operational performance reports. Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of critical mechanical systems to ensure continuous uptime and reliability. Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental management standards on site. Collaborate with the Facilities team to plan and execute annual and periodic preventive maintenance programs. Conduct routine inspections of the facility, equipment, and site conditions to identify risks or faults. Troubleshoot system issues and propose solutions or upgrades to improve efficiency and resilience. Manage procurement of parts, materials, and services required for maintenance works. Coordinate and supervise external vendors and contractors, ensuring work is delivered to required specifications and standards. Review equipment lifecycle status and recommend replacement or upgrade actions for End-of-Life (EOL) components. Develop, review, and maintain all operating documentation (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and APs), ensuring alignment to current operational standards. The Successful Applicant Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5-8 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Data Center projects/ Facility operation work, with supervisory exposure. Strong understanding of mechanical and control systems such as:Chilled water plant systems, AHUs, BMS, fuel systems, VFDs, fire detection/suppression systems (e.g., pre-action sprinklers). Hands-on experience with complex control logic, relay systems, PLCs, and building automation platforms. Demonstrated knowledge in managing large-scale cooling infrastructure including chillers, storage/distribution pipework, cooling towers, and chemical treatment systems.
