We are invested in both, employee growth and client successRole Overview We're seeking a hands-on SAP PP Solution Architect withstrong production planning domain expertise and S/4HANA implementation/rolloutexperience. The role owns end-to-end PP/PP-DS solutioning, integration withenterprise planning suites (IBP, o9, Kinaxis), and alignment with manufacturingoperations, supply planning, procurement, quality, and finance. Key Responsibilities Designto-be processes for MTS/MTO/ATO/ETO, discrete & processmanufacturing. Leadfit-gap, blueprinting, FS/TS sign-offs, build, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live,and hypercare across multiple plants/companies. DriveClean Core adoption (Fiori apps, no/low custom where feasible); specifyBTP/CPI extensions only when justified. ConfigureBOMs, Routings/Master Recipes, Work Centers/Resources, ProductionVersions, MRP Live, Planning Strategies, Lot sizing, Scheduling, Capacityplanning, backflushing/confirmation, batch management &serialisation. DefineaATP/ATP, pegging, subcontracting, rework, reprocessing, Kanban, andrepetitive manufacturing where applicable. Ownintegration with QM, MM, SD, EWM, MES/LIMS/WMS , and finance impact(WIP/variance). MDG/MDMalignment for materials, resources, PVs; data readiness, migrationstrategy, and cutover mock runs. EstablishKPIs for plan adherence, capacity utilisation, OTIF, and exceptionmanagement. Authorsolution documents, test scripts, and work instructions; ensuretraceability. GxP/CSVawareness for regulated industries (if applicable). Requirements Must-Have Qualifications 7+years hands-on in SAP PP / PP-DS with at least 2 full-cycleS/4HANA implementations or multi-plant rollouts. Provendesign of MRP Live, planning strategies (10/20/40/50, 81/82), productionversions, capacity evaluation, detailed scheduling. Demonstratedintegration with at least one enterprise planning suite (IBP, o9, orKinaxis)—including end-to-end data flows and plan consumption in S/4. Strongcross-module knowledge: MM (procurement/ subcontracting), QM (in-process& final), SD (ATP/aATP), EWM/WM, and CO-PC basics for cost impacts. Technicalfluency to lead builds with developers/integration teams (IDoc/OData/REST,SAP CPI, BTP, ALE, background jobs, error handling). Excellentstakeholder management; Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), backlog grooming,and release planning. Nice to Have PP-DSheuristics/optimiser experience, pegging strategies, andcapacity-constrained planning. MESintegration (ISA-95), shop-floor controls, and IoT signals forconfirmations/consumptions. Experiencetransitioning from APO to S/4/IBP. SAPcertifications (S/4 Manufacturing, IBP) and exposure to BTP CAP/Fiori forlight extensions. Education Bachelor'sin Engineering/Supply Chain/IT (or equivalent). APICS/CPIM is a plus.
