About The Role Herring Global is seeking a group of enthusiastic and technically skilled graduates to join our NextGen Talent Program . This 12‐month rotational program fast‐tracks the next generation of innovators into the fast‐paced world of digital assets and blockchain technology. As part of the rotation, you will gain hands‐on experience across Trading, Technology, Research, and Product Development , collaborating with experienced professionals to enhance, design, build, and deploy key blockchain initiatives. Participants will work on projects that deliver actionable insights and drive real‐world growth, receiving mentorship from industry experts, structured learning opportunities, and access to cutting‐edge tools and systems. You will develop deep technical and strategic expertise in blockchain, digital assets, and market structure, and outstanding performers may be offered a full‐time role upon completion. What You Will Do Contribute your knowledge and skills, work effectively with your team to add value and take ownership of your development. Collaborate across teams, developing innovative solutions that improve client experience and engagement. Build confidence in developing and internally deploying trading tools, analytic dashboards, and automation systems. Showcase and upskill your technical analysis and data processing capabilities, extracting actionable insights for trading and product decisions. Shadow experienced traders, engineers, and researchers to gain insight into our technical operations. Improve existing workflows by identifying opportunities for maximum efficiency. Streamline operations and enhance collaboration between trading, technology, and product units. Build industry knowledge about emerging technologies and trends, engaging with the team on opinion pieces and news. Actively participate in team discussions and build strong cross‐functional relationships. Computer Science/Technology Graduates Work in a fast‐paced technology team, troubleshooting and staying current with the latest developments. Experiment with new ideas, tools, and technologies that push the boundaries of Web3 innovation. Contribute to code reviews, QA testing, and internal tool development to support daily operations. Who Should Apply?We are looking for graduates who possess the following qualities: Experience Fresh graduates or graduates with up to 2 years of experience in finance, blockchain, or the digital asset industry. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business‐Finance, or a related field. Demonstrated strong interest in the industry through personal projects, coursework, or online communities (advantageous but not required). Previous internship experience in fintech, digital assets, or related sectors is a plus. Attitude and Traits Self‐starter mentality with a strong desire to tackle new challenges. Highly driven and genuinely interested in the digital assets and blockchain industry. Organized, detail‐oriented, and strong in problem‐solving. Able to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Excellent communication skills, able to present complex technical content clearly. Pro‐active team player capable of adapting to any environment. High integrity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn. Technical Skills Experience or strong interest in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Vyper, Go, Python, or JavaScript (useful for the technology team). Additional Information The Off‐cycle NextGen Talent Program is a full‐time position starting in January 2026. The role is based on‐site in Singapore. Students graduating in 2026 are eligible to apply. Applications close on 31 November 2025 for the Off‐cycle NextGen Talent Program.
