What you will do Perform test machine setup, validation, diagnosis of issues encountered and provide resolution of the issue Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment, ensuring all activities are properly documented Support software verification and validation activities Perform weekly performance reports Troubleshoot and analyze failure products (external/internal) and work with Engineers on corrective and preventive actions Streamline processes as part of process improvement including documentation creation and update Support data collection/analysis for trial runs and process/product improvement Conduct training based on identified test methodology/procedure Handle purchasing, adjustment and shipment for global site support Inventory/lab maintenance, 5S and EHS Support gas phase coating process Perform other/ad hoc topics as assigned What you bring Experience in manufacturing environments Medical manufacturing industrial experience is preferable Basic knowledge of electrical & electronics, able to understand schematic drawings Basic soldering skill and proficient in MS Office tools Basic troubleshooting skill Who we are At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
