Responsibilities Conduct the successful integration and testing of incremental software releases for systems and/or subsystems, in accordance with the schedule set by Technical Leads and WPM. Manage and/or contribute to the setup of environments to facilitate integration, testing and acceptance activities; provide instruction on environment setup to support validation activities. Define and/or contribute to testing activities across multiple platforms (regression, interface, simulation scenarios and test tools) to support project milestones and deadlines. Analyse system/subsystem technical and functional issues, ensuring they are identified early, captured fully and logged according to internal processes. Collaborate with System, Subsystem and Infrastructure teams to ensure integration activities align with design and specifications. Produce documentation and engineering artefacts (e.g., System Integration Test Documentation) with the required level of compliance (functional, performance, robustness, security and quality) in line with internal configuration management processes. Produce scripts to automate system administration tasks. Manage and/or implement test and measuring tools used for system performance, loading and response-time assessment. Provide technical support to junior integrators and the V&V teams. Support Technical Leads and WPM by: making recommendations on strategies to improve performance or productivity; identifying risks and proposing effective solutions; providing input into planning and coordination of program integration activities. Work directly with the customer and internal integration training as required. Identify risks, propose effective solutions, execute mitigation actions and report on outcomes, cost savings and residual risks. Authoring and/or reviewing documentation and documentation updates; promote knowledge sharing to enable reuse across projects. Follow Thales processes and practices and contribute to their improvement. Knowledge and Experience Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or relevant experience Essential Experience 5 years minimum experience in similar roles integrating complex software-centric real-time systems Ability to understand structure of and troubleshoot Virtualisation Platforms/Operating Systems (Clients/Servers): 3+ years Linux/Unix Operating Systems, SNMP Services, RSYSLOG Windows Operating Systems VMware Scripting: Python, Shell, XML: 3+ years DevOps and Automation Tools: Ansible, Jenkins Configuration Management: GIT (Bitbucket), JIRA Cybersecurity: LDAP, AD, PKI Network Protocols and technologies: SNMP, UDP, TCP, IP Debugging tools (e.g., Wireshark)Infrastructure monitoring tools Aptitude to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary integrated team environment with colleagues based in remote sites or other countries Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills Effective communication of complex engineering issues and concepts, verbally and in writing Experience in integrating large projects, preferably ATC-related (Military or Civilian)Desirable Programming Languages: Java, C++Site integration and deployment experience Knowledge of networks and network configuration / exposure to distributed systems General / Special Requirements General Uphold Thales' values and contribute to a harmonious work environment across departments Advocate for diversity and inclusion and continuous improvement Commit to accountability, transparency and curiosity Comply with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies and applicable company policies Special Requirements Be eligible for Security Clearance from the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs (CAT2)Occasional international travel may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
