Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates, resolving drift and pipeline issues. Lead OS patching and lifecycle management for RHEL and Windows Server environments across all cloud platforms. Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Windows and Linux, working closely with development teams. Ensure cloud security and compliance through CIS hardening, vulnerability remediation, and SSL/EOL management. Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and support DevSecOps practices with CI/CD integration. Follow ITIL-based service management for incident, change, and problem management via tools like ServiceNow. Mentor junior engineers, lead technical reviews, and maintain detailed documentation for audit readiness and knowledge sharing. Support 24/7 production environments with shift-based operational coverage and incident response. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading junior engineers. Strong background in ITIL processes and ITSM platforms with experiences on CIS security hardening and remediation. Experience in 24/7 operational support environments with shift rotation. Preferred Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate / Professional AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (preferred) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate RHCE or Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) ITIL v3/v4 Foundation.
