Player Development Executive

The role of the Player Development Executive is to drive visitation and membership sign-ups through delivering excellent customer service standards.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive resort visitation and membership growth.
  • Collaborate with team members from other departments to ensure timely and appropriate guest requests.
  • Support cross-functional projects including administrative support and liaising with business units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, the Player Development Executive will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.
  • Providing expert product knowledge and training to colleagues.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 21 years of age.
  • A degree or diploma in Business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
