Position Details Position: Inside Sales Manager Location: CBD (Nearest MRT – Tanjong Pagar)Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday - Friday, 9 am – 6 pm)Duration: Permanent Industry: Cybersecurity / IT Security The Opportunity As an Inside Sales Manager at Stone Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and customer engagement. You'll gain hands‐on exposure to cybersecurity solutions, work closely with both technical experts and clients, and play a key role in driving Stone's growth in Singapore and across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification & Sales Support: Respond promptly to inbound leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. Customer Engagement: Drive the sales cycle from quotation to closure, including renewals and upselling opportunities. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs. Sales Coordination: Liaise with technical consultants to translate client needs into actionable project scopes. Track engagement progress and ensure timely delivery. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM to support business performance tracking. Relationship Building: Cultivate long‐term customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and professional follow‐up. Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and technical teams to coordinate campaigns, events, and client presentations.
