Other Benefits include Medical insurance, Birthday Leave, etc. Key Responsibilities: Promote and educate customers about Lynk Fragrances . Convert customers and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Track daily sales and collect customer feedback to address any issues or concerns. Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries. Maintain a tidy and organized area to uphold the brand image. Serve customers professionally and deliver excellent customer experiences. Perform stock checks every morning. Request replenishment of stocks for retail activities and/or campaigns. Requirements: Prior F2F sales experience and able to assist customers to achieve a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience. Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively. Positive mindset with a can-do attitude. Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset. Multi-lingual is a bonus. Willing to work on weekends, including public holidays.
