Manage BIM modelling works in coordination with civil and structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical and building services works.

Job Requirement:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
BIM Management certification (e.g., BCA-Certified BIM Manager or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 6–8 years of BIM experience.
Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD specifications, and project collaboration platforms.
Proactive in problem-solving and improving BIM workflows.
Proven track record in handling large-scale M&E BIM coordination projects in Singapore.
