Responsibilities Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and lead multiple unique searches. Clearly communicate Tower’s Employee Value Proposition to candidates and external recruiting partners. Leverage Tower’s applicant tracking system and other recruitment-related applications to source and maintain relationships with prospective candidates. Manage campus recruiting activities, including liaising with universities, coordinating internships and placements, and acting as the primary point of contact for interns and graduates. Schedule interviews and coordinate travel for visiting candidates as needed. Liaise with other Tower recruiting team members globally to share best practices and ideas. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally with at least 2 years in an internal recruiting role managing end-to-end recruitment Knowledge of HR recruiting systems (Greenhouse a plus) and HRIS (Workday a plus)Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills Strong active listening and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment Resilient, able to work independently, multi-task and work under conflicting deadlines Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, including employees, management, and senior stakeholders Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical positions across multiple locations (Singapore, Hong Kong, China and India preferred)Campus recruiting experience, with experience in China a plus Experience in managing the company’s WeChat Service
