About the Role
The
Senior Data Analyst – Compliance
will lead and contribute to analytical efforts aimed at ensuring regulatory adherence and internal policy alignment across Binance's operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems and dashboards that monitor transactional patterns, optimize operational workflows, and support global compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing data analytics team , building models and visualizations that support compliance and risk-related objectives.
Partner with compliance departments to prioritize analytical use cases and deliver
data-driven insights .
Interpret and analyze
large-scale (PB-level) transactional and operational data
using open-source and proprietary tools.
Develop and manage
data visualization dashboards
and tools to enhance regulatory reporting and internal monitoring.
Own and fulfill stakeholder data requests, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Support automation and workflow improvement within compliance processes.
Key Requirements
5+ years
of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in
finance, compliance, or trading environments .
Bachelor’s degree or higher in
Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics , or related quantitative field.
Strong experience with data tools such as
SQL, Python, R .
Skilled with
data visualization platforms
(e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
Familiarity with
big data technologies : Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Hive, Redshift.
Excellent
analytical thinking, communication , and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of
regulatory environments , risk modeling, or compliance analytics is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience analyzing
financial or crypto trading data .
Background in developing
automated compliance or fraud detection systems .
Prior exposure to
AML, KYC, or regulatory reporting
processes.
