Overview
Network Infrastructure Specialist (LAN/WIFI) at Changi Airport. Design, configure and manage the airport-wide campus network, ensuring seamless support for corporate and airport operation systems.
Responsibilities
Strategize and develop technical roadmaps, maintenance contracts, tech refresh, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with various airport stakeholders to develop business cases for new projects.
Engage with internal and external vendors to review and propose technical solutions and key performance indicators.
Lead and manage 24/7 operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of ICT infrastructure.
Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of ICT Infrastructure (Wired/Wireless).
Perform continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing business and ICT processes.
Manage consultants, contractors, and systems integrators for successful implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Qualifications
Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or related discipline.
Direct experience configuring network and security equipment.
Strong people skills with an ability to build rapport and consensus at all levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
Collaborator with self-motivation, creativity, drive, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
Professional and technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, or equivalent will be advantageous.
Proactive mindset to identify potential cyber threats and develop action/mitigation plans.
