The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for an experienced
Business Analyst
to lead
Data and AI transformation initiatives
in the finance domain.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of
AI/LLM implementation ,
data analytics , and
business intelligence (BI) expertise .
You will be responsible for designing AI solutions, developing BI dashboards, managing data pipelines, and leveraging enterprise systems like
Workday
and
Adaptive Planning .
The role will start of with 12-months contract.

The Job:
Design and implement
AI/LLM solutions
for financial analysis and automation
Develop robust
BI dashboards
using
Tableau
and modern analytics tools
Manage and optimize
data pipelines
and
analytics workflows
Leverage data from enterprise systems including Workday
and
Adaptive Planning
Apply prompt engineering ,
LLM fine-tuning , and model deployment techniques
Build and maintain custom
ETL pipelines , APIs, and automation scripts using
Python
Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for storytelling
Implement data warehouse design ,
data modelling , and
SQL-based analysis
Align analytics practices with governance standards and Tableau best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and manage projects
Document systems, ensure version control (e.g., Git), and drive change management initiatives
The Talent:
Advanced data analysis and AI/LLM implementation experience
Proficient in
Python
(ETL, AI/ML models, APIs, automation) and
SQL
Deep experience with Tableau
development, dashboard performance optimization, and governance
Strong understanding of
data architecture
and
enterprise data pipelines
Familiarity with Workday
and
Adaptive Planning
systems and integration
Experienced in
requirements gathering ,
process analysis , and
stakeholder management
Skilled in financial systems architecture , documentation, and project management
Strong communicator able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple technical initiatives simultaneously
Background in
financial services
and enterprise-scale data solutions
Additional Valuable Experience:
Financial data modelling within
enterprise planning tools
Integration experience between Workday ,
Adaptive Planning , and other systems
