Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
  • Develop maximum sales potential from assigned customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Process customer information and respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and diplomatic manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry and shipping, applying correct pricing and discounts.
  • Provide post-sales support, including basic technical support and web sales order placement.
  • Support global key accounts and accounts with special requirements.
  • Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
