Job Description Lead new plant installations and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage project timelines and cross-functional stakeholders. Provide hands-on technical support throughout project lifecycles. Optimize quality, productivity, and cost across co-manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot processing issues and implement sustainable solutions. Conduct audits and drive corrective actions with partners. Execute trials for new processes and formulations. Collaborate on product improvements and packaging innovations. Evaluate new suppliers and manufacturing partners for feasibility. The Successful Applicant At least 4+ years in food/beverage manufacturing, preferably in liquid processing. Strong understanding of aseptic and low-acid beverage production. Proficient in P&ID design and processing equipment. Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO standards. Excellent communicator, team collaborator, and problem solver.
