Job Scope:

  • Represent the outlet in all day to day operational needs
  • Receiving of all online cake order collection and checking through to make sure everything is provisioned for
  • Ensuring the display of cakes is full, neat and well displayed; and continuously topping it up
  • Packing of cakes, cashiering, opening and closing duties, providing the best in-store customer experience and customer service
  • Assist with administrative handling of general and order-related enquiries via various platforms (including phone calls, online orders, email enquiries and IG DMs), and ensuring smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service.
  • Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues
  • Managing inventory and doing ordering to ensure stocks are sufficient
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of store
  • Any other duties when necessary

Working Hours:

  • 5 days work week, 44 hours weekly schedule (have to work on weekends and Public Holidays)

Requirements:

● Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
● Passion for excellence and ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
● Responsible and results-oriented individual
● Able to start immediately
● Meticulous and able to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $2,200.00 per month
