Guest Relations Officer | Up to $2.6K + VB | Central

Responsibilities:
Provide guests a warm and memorable experience through professional engagement.
Maintain a high standard of service within the department and possess a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area.
Handle all guests’ queries or requests efficiently.
Stay updated on all events and activities occurring in and out of the hotel.
Assist in luggage movement (temporary, long term storage, lost baggage).
Provide door service, entrance to hotel and driveway, to ensure smooth traffic flow.
Arrange vehicle transport service and assist in airport transfers.
Comply with all Front Office systems and procedures and with all company policies.
Be familiar with the emergency procedures of the hotel and be able to handle any emergencies according to the procedures.
Ensure all related Leading Quality Assurance guidelines are met, if not exceeded, at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma in Hospitality is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year in Front Office or Concierge experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Knowledgeable about the city, tours, and excursions to refer guests to various tourist destinations.
Possess a professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
