We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a strong background in EPC Contracts to join the team. This role will support the General Counsel in various legal matters. Key Responsibilities of this Legal Counsel, EPC Provide legal support on complex transactional and project-related matters, particularly in the development of new infrastructure. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including those related to engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of procurement contracts and tender documents. Offer general legal advice on a wide range of issues, including employment and disputes. Support legal management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Qualifications of this Legal Counsel, EPC 6 - 12+ PQE, with in‑house experience Experience in project development, EPC, M&A, and financing transactions is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
