Our client is a leading provider of geospatial and surveying technology solutions. They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who can deliver high-quality technical support and training to clients while assisting with hardware-related issues both on-site and offsite. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in land surveying and a passion for helping users adopt and troubleshoot advanced surveying technologies.Key Responsibilities Client Support & Troubleshooting Provide timely on-site, phone, and online technical support to clients experiencing product or software issues. Diagnose, analyse, and resolve technical problems related to surveying equipment, geospatial tools, and related hardware. Work closely with the workshop/technical department to investigate and resolve hardware issues encountered by clients. Training & Customer Enablement Conduct product training sessions for clients to ensure proper operation and understanding of surveying and geospatial equipment. Prepare training materials and user guides where needed. Technical Assistance & Coordination Support internal teams with technical insights, testing, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or internal specialists to escalate complex technical issues. Requirements Degree in Land Surveying or relevant discipline. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in land surveying, geospatial technology, technical support, or related fields. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently. Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers. Team player with a positive working attitude, able to work independently when required. Willingness to travel on-site for client support when needed.
