Learning Facilitator, Classroom Support

The Learning Facilitator supports identified children (N2–K2) in Language and Literacy development. The Learning Facilitator conducts screenings to identify and track children requiring learning support, plans and delivers targeted in-class interventions, and ensures effective strategies are applied. The role also involves documenting observations, designing differentiated activities and maintaining organized lesson plans and records, and working closely with the educators to support each child's growth and success. Key Responsibilities Develop lesson plans aligned with M.Y Word's curriculum, tailored to meet the learning needs of children Provide support in the form of small-group or one-to-one instruction during lesson time, to enhance children's participation and engagement, while implementing effective classroom management strategies Create customised teaching and learning resources to support programme delivery Collaborate with educators, family support officer and centre leaders to ensure continued support for each child Assist in the preparation and timely submission of required documentation Support the implementation of relevant protocols and frameworks within the scope of classroom support Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability in addressing classroom challenges and supporting diverse learners Job Requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Education/ Social Work/ Psychology L2-certified (ECDA-registered) educator Minimum 2 years of early childhood teaching experience Resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
