With a strong presence in the U.S. and Indian markets, they focus on content innovation, brand collaborations, and strategic partnerships to drive growth.The Opportunity:We are looking for a strategic and creative Creative Director (Brand Specialist) to lead our Brand Solutions & Client Services vertical. This is not a sales or marketing profile, but a leadership role focused on developing compelling brand narratives, managing IPs, and fostering partnerships with top brands and agencies.Key Responsibilities: Brand Solutions & Client Services Collaborate across sales, content, video, tech, and marketing teams to build powerful brand experiences. Develop customized, data-driven proposals tailored to client goals. Ensure seamless execution and delivery, exceeding expectations. IP Management & Industry Collaboration Lead the execution and monetization of large-scale Intellectual Properties (IPs). Drive strategic partnerships with agencies, federations, and sponsors. Build long-term collaborations using strong industry networks. Revenue Strategy & Market Growth Identify new revenue opportunities, including branded content, media alliances, and experiential marketing. Stay updated on market trends, sports events, and brand tie-ups. Research competition and maintain a repository of innovative activations for future pitches. Execution & Delivery Develop execution plans post-deal closure with internal teams. Maintain profitability and quality across campaigns. Gather client feedback and use insights to refine future campaigns.Requirements: 7+ years in brand solutions, client servicing, or strategic roles within media, entertainment, digital content, or sports industries Must come from the Media & Entertainment Industry or top-tier Marketing Agencies Proven success in managing IP-driven projects and securing large brand partnerships Strong network with brands, agencies, and decision-makers Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, proposal creation, and client relationship building Experience in OTT, digital content, or sponsorship sales is an added advantageNote:This position is strictly not for candidates from sales or general marketing backgrounds. Relevant industry experience is mandatory.,
