Product Leader

Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for power ICs, aligning with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise features and specifications based on customer feedback, technical feasibility and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to translate market requirements into technical specifications.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to ensure production timelines and inventory levels meet demand forecasts.
  • Support sales/marketing with technical collateral (whitepapers, application notes).
  • Execute a Go-To-Market strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor project management.
  • Proven track record of launching IC Products.
  • Ability to balance technical constraints with market opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of power semiconductors and applications, comfortable interpreting datasheets, test reports and industry trends.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
