Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to design and develop electrical systems for various industries.

This role involves designing machine electrical control systems and layouts using Autocad, while working closely with mechanical engineers to determine driver, motor, and IO requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Designing machine electrical systems according to industry standards (SEMI, CE, and CCC)
  • Troubleshooting: Performing electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system failures or issues
  • Documentation: Providing technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, BOMs, schematics, and test reports
  • Validation: Participating in electrical system validation, testing, and continuous improvements
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, and process engineering) to develop and refine machine functions
  • ESD Compliance: Ensuring compliance with ESD controls and cleanroom requirements during electrical work

Requirements:

  • Degree and Experience: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with relevant experience in electrical systems design and development
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AC & DC applications, knowledge of automation and control loops
