Job Title:Specialist, Renewal Sales (Indonesia)Job DescriptionImagine being able to partner with global technology leaders in a company that cares about YOU – your professional growth, your success, and your community.We are looking for a Renewal Sales Representative to join our team in Singapore.Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Renewal Sales Representative role will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team. Responsible for Indonesia customer revenue growth respectively, you will articulate the value of products or services to customers and be accountable for revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extensions, upsell, and expansion.As part of our organization’s growth, this is a permanent position where you get to develop a new technology business line as our organization expands the business. We’re looking for individuals who are curious with excellent communication and strong stakeholder skills. You would be comfortable managing ambiguous situations and complex relationships to help the customer uncover challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows.Successful candidates are seasoned and experienced professionals that are excited to resolve a wide range of issues and handle objections in creative ways. You get to cultivate deeper relationships across longer sales cycles with prospect contacts across various organizational levels. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.As a Renewal Sales Representative in our team, you will:Provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in Indonesia region. Each region will be managed by a dedicated Renewal Sales Representative as an account manager. Candidates with excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English are encouraged to apply for this role as it requires business language liaison with each territory.

Utilize a strong consultative approach to engage clients and prospects.
Be result-driven with a strong track record in delivering sales targets.
Demonstrate aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
We’ll be a great match if you have:Experience working with complex and large territory/account, products/services, sales, or account management processes and may serve as a subject matter expert.
Understanding and capturing the Voice of the Customer for assigned clients.
Responding to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures.
Confirming commitment of client’s maintenance contracts and working towards assigned contract revenue goals.
Creating a sales funnel that can support quota overall attainment.
Making and receiving calls with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts.
Achieving and exceeding quota targets and activity metrics within assigned accounts/territory.
Converting small starting opportunities to significant sized opportunities over time.
Providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Undertaking research to understand prospect organization structures and identify important players.
Assessing client needs, requirements, and facts to adequately recommend satisfactory product solutions.
Working on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Developing excellent technical knowledge needed for value proposition and solution selling.
Collating and delivering executive-level presentations.
Assessing competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities and leads.
