Job Description
The incumbent for this role will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for our Gen AI and data projects. You will work on transforming user requirements into engaging, responsive web applications, collaborating closely with product engineers and back-end developers. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio, at least 2 years of experience, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple design and development tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires direct collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that our digital solutions meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop user interfaces and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Translate user requirements and business needs into intuitive, visually appealing design solutions.
Collaborate with product engineers and back-end developers to integrate front-end designs with APIs and databases.
Implement responsive designs using modern front-end technologies (ReactJS, , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TSX) and UI libraries such as Material UI, Daisy UI, or shadcn/ui.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Maintain and update design documentation and style guidelines.

Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
Experience in gathering and translating user requirements into functional design.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Gen AI solutions and data projects; experience in Business Intelligence (BI) is an added advantage.
