Senior Marketing & Communications Executive
to drive impactful retail strategies and elevate brand messaging across all channels.
Overview
The role involves leading regional marketing initiatives in APAC under the guidance of the central European team and reporting to the APAC Marketing & Communications Manager in Hong Kong. Focus areas include marketing execution, brand governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to support the Singapore market and regional partners.
Responsibilities
Lead and implement comprehensive marketing and communication initiatives with APAC partners and distributors.
Focus on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and festive activations to enhance brand visibility and relevance in local markets.
Ensure all regional partners and distributors align with brand standards and strategic direction.
Oversee and manage in-store events, mall activations, and local communications in Singapore.
Act as the project lead for Singapore-specific marketing initiatives.
Conduct quarterly evaluations of marketing activities and budget usage across APAC partners.
Provide tailored support based on partner needs, including managing brand assets, design requests, monitoring PR and influencer activities, and facilitating partner communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support miscellaneous assignments and contribute to special projects as needed.
Assist in monitoring budgets and maintaining accurate reporting tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in trade marketing and/or marketing communications, preferably in consumer electronics or premium/luxury goods.
Strong understanding of retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and brand storytelling.
Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
