Ediscovery Expert

Responsibilities Team Introduction Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. Be responsible for developing eDiscovery solutions related to the privacy and data security of ByteDance's internal products. Gain a deep understanding of the business logic and goals of each cycle to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives. Experience in importing Lark and/or converting data sources into Nuix and Relativity. Experience in Cloud environment and running eDiscovery tools in Cloud. Conduct research and implement findings. Continuously optimize processes by discovering, tracking, and summarizing risk issues. Provide templates, tools, and methodologies to enhance the operational effectiveness of privacy and data security products. Manage scoping and prioritization effectively, navigating conflicts and adapting to changes while maintaining focus on business objectives. Oversee critical defect resolution with clear prioritization, management, and communication to stakeholders. Mentor and coach other team members, fostering skill development and growth in product management capabilities. Experience in project and product management (Good to have)Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 5 years of experience in e-discovery fields. Certified in Relativity (On-prem and Saas) and Nuix (Work station, Investigate, Discover and not limited to Neo). 3 years of working experience in Nuix Early Case Assessment. Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: A major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Ideally Relativity Certified Administrator with 5 years experience or similar.
