Responsibilities:Clean and maintain the staff pantry (sweep and mop floor, wipe the dining table, wash the toilet), clean the staff fridge and microwave once a week.
Clean the Po Restaurant washroom (sweep and mop floor and wipe the mirror, wall and replace hand towel and toilet paper, wash the toilet bowl).
Clean the Po Restaurant (sweep and mop floor and the table) and Po Restaurant kitchen (sweep and mop floor and wipe the surface).
Maintain the Lobby Bar, bar area and The Den (sweep and mop the floor, wipe the table).
Clean public areas including the glass doors of the main entrance, The Den door, The Po Restaurant glass door.
Any other areas as instructed by the manager.
