Your role will be pivotal in devising and implementing paid marketing strategies to drive our business forward.Your responsibilities will include creating, leading, and executing all paid marketing strategies, analyzing correlations between activities, revenue, and budget, and optimizing our paid marketing efforts through various platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook, and CRM reports. You will be expected to research and test partnerships with new vendors to enhance our reach and reduce the cost per acquisition.Collaboration with fellow marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice across all paid programs, crafting landing pages and lead-gen forms, and staying updated on digital marketing trends and emerging channels will be essential. Additionally, you will be required to monitor market intelligence, competitor movements, and market conditions to drive successful lead generation campaigns and strengthen the sales pipeline.We are seeking a candidate who can foster a data-driven mindset and encourage a culture of experimentation within the team. Proficiency in UTM parameters tracking and a keen eye for detail are crucial for this role.
