We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an employment agency personnel with a strong focus on customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to sales enquiries, providing professional consultation to customers, and conducting interviews with domestic helpers.

  • They will also be required to match employer requirements with suitable helper profiles, arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers, and manage end-to-end sales closure process.

  • Additionally, the candidate will perform all Work Permit transactions via MOM WP Online, coordinate MOM-related appointments, and provide after-sales support to customers.

  • They will maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word, and be comfortable working in an indoor sales environment.

Requirements:

  • CEI (Basic) certification is compulsory, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

    ">

  • The candidate should have strong administrative and coordination abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and self-driven, professional qualities.

  • They must be able to negotiate, refer clients, advertise job openings, acquire talent, use social media, develop careers, and source new employees.

    ">

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, referral, marketing, career development, and networking abilities are essential for success in this role.

  • The ideal candidate will also possess business development, screening, and sourcing skills, with a strong focus on communication and teamwork.
