Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: - Lead the inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of UAV hardware and associated systems to maintain operational readiness and efficiency. - Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and apply engineering principles to rectify issues promptly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and logistics to plan maintenance schedules and implement system upgrades. - Manage and work with standard operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and technical reports to support knowledge management and compliance standards. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices to uphold the highest standards of operational safety. - Support UAV users during events / exercises, when requested.
