Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Business Continuity Planning We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to shape the future of business continuity in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring CAG's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, enhancing the organization's operational resilience. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in working in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders. In the course of work, you are expected to strategise and strengthen the organisation's operational resilience; oversee the development, validation and refinement of business continuity plans, lead and monitor emergency response; work with airport stakeholders and government agencies to ensure full integration and understanding of CAG's plans; plan and monitor the conduct of exercises with the aim of validating various emergency and business continuity plans; represent CAG at various Emergency Exercises organised by different stakeholders; develop and maintain a framework to train and familiarize the staff with the emergency response and business continuity plans; oversee and maintain the crisis management facilities. As the job is highly dynamic and challenging, you will need to drive critical initiatives that protect our people, operations, and stakeholders. Requirements Good degree in any discipline Relevant work experience in operations and planning (crisis management and/or business continuity planning) would be an advantage Good interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholders, including regulators and other government bodies, in the airport community Self-motivated and independent with strong ability to multi-task and learn Experience in developing and implementing business continuity frameworks and policies. Change management and cross-functional collaboration experience. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
