Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led a team in achieving sales targets, maintaining smooth daily operations, adhering to SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Provided guidance to supervisors to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Maintained excellent working relationships with landlords and relevant authorities/agencies.
  • Assisted inspectors during outlet inspections and follow-up actions.
  • Liaised with landlords on building matters and joint promotions.
  • Responsible for marketing food stalls to tenants, ensuring prompt collection of rental, and lease renewal agreements.
  • Sourced qualified tenants/food types to fill vacant stalls, ensuring all vacancies were filled.
  • Proposed activities according to market needs.
  • Taken immediate action to recover debts, minimising credit losses.
  • Handled daily sales settlements.
  • Worked with Business Development and Project teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for the financial and operational performance of designated areas.
  • Collaborated with senior management and financial teams on outlet budgets.
  • Established business plans and provided regular reports on area performance, sales, and financial budget analysis.
  • Provided solutions to improve the bottom line, Profit and Loss.
  • Maintained and improved quality and service standards.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Reviewed staff performance and recommended confirmation, promotion, and training.
  • Handled disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes, and work tension among the team.
  • Coordinated termination procedures according to company guidelines.
  • Communicated company policies and procedures to team members and stall tenants.
  • Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash, and daily sales collection.
  • Ensured stall tenants' daily sales receipts were correct and banked promptly.
  • Timely submission of outlet reports.
  • Prepared and submitted monthly reports to Senior Management.

Requirements: Diploma in F&B or related disciplines, minimum 3 years' experience in Foodcourt operation, ability to foster positive working relationships, strong leadership quality, analytical and decision-making skills, basic computer literacy, and Class 3 license.
