Manage the recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of sensory panelists. Conduct statistical analysis of sensory & consumer data and provide technical report with actionable insights to guide product development and decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support research and development activities. Maintain and manage sensory laboratory, including procurement and administration of sensory tokens and other testing-related materials. Oversee sample preparation and ensure adherence to testing protocols. Support ad-hoc requests and projects related to sensory testing and product evaluations, ensuring timely delivery of results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Sensory Science or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in sensory evaluation, consumer insights, or product testing (experience in food and beverage industry preferred). Proficiency in sensory methodologies and statistical analysis. Familiarity with sensory/consumer software tools such as XLSTAT is an advantage.
